    All of our online prices are in American Dollars.


    What is your exchange policy?

    All customized items are a final sale. 

    Stock items may be exchanged within a period of 2 weeks for a new item or store credit. We must receive an email for all returns and exchanges.

    A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for all returns.

    Shipping fee for exchanges range from $3 - $6 depending on the number of items.

    What is Your Christmas gift exchange policy?

    For all Christmas Gifts, the exchange deadline is Wednesday, January 12th, 2012. 

    To complete your exchange please send an email to vals@valscustomized.com  Please include in the email the name on the order, the order number and the details of exchange. You must receive a reply to your request for exchange with an RA number before returning the items to be exchanged, ie: exchanging for a new size or selection. Please include your RA number with the shorts to be exchanged. All exchanges must be received prior to new items being shipped.  If you have any further questions, please feel free to send and email.

    Please note that all returns and exchanges must be accompanied with an RA number. Please allow one full business day for RA number email replies.

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal


    How much are the shipping charges?

    Shipping charges are the following:

    • To the United States: Starts at $3.95 for one item
    • International: First item is $15, each additional item is $1.  International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail.

    Duty charges & additional taxes may apply for international orders.


    What about shipping to Canada?

    How long will it take before I receive my order?

    As long as all items are in stock, you should receive your order within 10 days, barring any unusual circumstances.


    How do I know what size to purchase?

    Please see our size chart listed on the side bar.  If you are still unsure, please give us a call.


    Do you offer crew/quantity discounts?

    We try to keep our prices affordable for everyone.  Please call us for prices on large orders.


    Directions to your store?

    From QEW Niagara Falls: Exit at Martindale Rd., turn right on to Martindale Rd., right on to Hannover (located on your left). 

    From QEW Toronto: Exit at 7th St., turn right on to 7th, left on to the Service Rd, right on to Hannover (located on your right). 

    From the Canadian Henley Rowing Course: Turn left on to Main St, turn Left on to Martindale Rd, turn right on to Hannover (past QEW overpass).
