What is Your Christmas Gift Exchange Policy?
For all Christmas Gifts, the exchange deadline is January 11, 2010. Please send an email to vals@valscustomized.com Please include in the email the name on the order, the order number and the details of exchange before returning the items to be exchanged, ie: exchanging for a new size or selection. All exchanges must be received prior to new items being shipped. If you have any further questions, please feel free to send and email.

How Much are the Shipping Charges?
Shipping Charges are the Following:
- To the United States- Starts at $3.95
- To Canada- First Item is $8.00, each additional item is $1.00
- International- First Item is $10.50, each additional item is $2.50.

Duty Charges & additional taxes may apply for international orders.
What is Your Exchange Policy?
All Customized items are a final sale. Stock items may be exchanged within a period of 2 weeks- for a new item or store credit. We must receive an email for all returns.Restocking fee for all returns is 15%. Shipping fee for exchanges is $1.50 per item. All returns must be sent to Val's Customized 4232 Ridge Lea Rd # 13 Amherst, NY 14226. Please send an email to vals@vaxxine.com BEFORE you return your items.

How long will it take before I receive my order?
As long as all items are in stock, you should receive your order within 10 days, barring any unusual circumstances.
