What is Your Exchange Policy?
All Customized items are a final sale. Stock items may be exchanged within a period of 2 weeks- for a new item or store credit. We must receive an email for all returns. All returns from the USA must be sent to Val's Customized 4232 Ridge Lea Rd # 13 Amherst, NY 14226
